NAYA PAKISTAN

Naya Pakistan, Tera Pakistan ya Mera Pakistan?

Finally Pakistan.
Definitely Pakistan.
Indefinitely Pakistan.
Infinite Pakistan.

Nations are born under the heart of true leadership and they die under the brains of screwed leadership. Similarly, a nation was born in 1947 under Quaid-e-Azam’s supervision also a nation is reprised now under the leadership of the to be Prime Minister “Imran Khan Niazi.” Historically, Pakistan met a lot of leaders who claimed justified and sincere leadership towards the nation but surprisingly, nation hung them till death; moreover, susceptible sincerity never paid off to old sincere leaders in a country like Pakistan creating sustainable doubts in my heart for the safety of Imran Khan, as a true voter.
Out of 10 crores, the people who majorly voted for Imran Khan are the youth or the young blood eligible to vote, deafening, threatening and risking at the same time. Imran Khan, undoubtedly, appears to be the hope of generation tomorrow but this generation today is the horrific generation ever. A generation which holds nothing but luck as its morals, a generation which can easily be distracted, a generation which knows nothing about her history, a generation which knows a lot of science, engineering, arts but a little of humanity, humbleness, and integrity. Hence, I am afraid for Imran Khan arresting his responsibility as PM of such a nation and not for this
a generation who is proudly less literate of anything, a nation which can be easily raged, rumored or ruptured by small talks, small weapons or small misunderstandings.
This alone leaves me in a terrible dilemma of, “How will Imran Khan ever lead this NATION to a good end who has never been thoughtful of their homeland and its fellow people”, oh! You must be in rage reading this truth but sardonically refusing it. Why? Because you think you are the ultimate patriot that has done enough for the country as an individual. Seriously? Do you realize how responsible are nations for their own well-being than a PM or President of any state?
How well aware are you about your roles as individuals, citizens, and country representatives?
My questions to all those lovely people who proudly announce their mystic love for the nation. As a student, as a teacher, as an employee, as a community member, and most importantly as a human. We are nothing but religious hypnotics trying to turn everything our way via debate, facts, vision or ideology because we are monarchic by brains who believe in my way or highway.
In a nutshell, can we pledge that whatever comes tomorrow, we will turn out to be the harmless but strengthened, the humble but strong, the honest but nice and the united but sincere nation as a whole? Because New Pakistan is our responsibility and not of PMs alone, we made it, we need
to develop it altogether. We need to be more literate, morally responsible, actful and giving our best of whatever we have.

Pakistan Zindabad, Nation Paindabad!

14th AUGUST & THE GENERATION OF 90’s

“Pakistan was created the day when the first Muslim entered the subcontinent.” – Quaid-e-Azam Mohammad Ali Jinnah

This has been one of the historical quotes of Quaid-e-Azam. Haah! Pakistan! My heart aches! It comes to my mouth when I flash back to the making of Pakistan. A journey of 70 years have been a greater drama then the actual day of independence. Pakistan, The Islamic Republic state, is a country where we love each other today as much as we used to. Back in the days everything was difficult & unapproachable but today everything exists at an arm’s length or maybe less.

Pakistan is a nation of 185 million people registered currently by NADRA but I bet there are more Pakistanis yet to be registered. Most Of them live under poverty line & we think we are independent. Independence, is for only those who can buy the flag, wear expensive dresses & brands & join the sale drama played every quarterly. Life is a drama in Pakistan but 14th August is the best day to showcase & stage it. All of the country becomes a theater where everyone’s playing a role of pleasure giving character. The character could be any but we are doomed with it. Somedays it appears, we have got independence only for buying flags, wearing new clothes & for partying. What do we actually do on the rest of days which can prove us to be independent.

We are so far from where we started but where we have reached is unknown to us. Can we ask ourselves certain questions to know where we stand today? Is Pakistan a place of best biologists? Is Pakistan a place of Best mathematician? Is Pakistan a place of Best linguists? But we are independent since 1947. This year make a vow to prove in the next 70 years that we are independent. Let the industry of education be that industry where Pakistan is unbeatable. Yes I know…you will say I haven’t read about that exceptional 66A holder of Pakistan! I am not talking about exceptionals, I want it to be regularity, the casual & the routine. May we all have a wonderful 14th August & 70th year as an independent nation & may we have many more.

Long Live Pakistan!

LABOUR DAY

We hear too much & we listen too less but we all know about the labour day. Today it is Labour Day, a day of an economic class which earns hand to mouth to meet their daily expenses. An economic class that earns hardly $2 & is the lower middle class of any economy. But is the celebration of labour day justifying the holiday granted to these people? Or do we have any other alternative? Can we think of what could be done instead? Leaving the  answering of these questions unto you, it is very important for us to know what a labour day is, where did it come from & why is it celebrated universally.

The day, 1st of May which we mark as a labour day is basically celebrated in respect of labour strike by labours of Chicago. What was that incident about? The labours of Chicago blasted a dynamite on police against their brutality towards labour class during a strike of Haymarket riot. As a consequence 8 policemen died while 8 random labours were convicted without any proof of charge. Subsequently the news got viral & all of the world’s labour class protested in favour of the rally labours who were striking for their rights. Every year on May 1st the labour continued to strike in remembrance of their community. The day was then declared as a labour day on 1891 by National Congress Party.

The purpose of labour day is to realize the hardwork of labour class & appraise their existence as an integral part of economy. Mamnoon Hussain the Presisent of Pakistan delivers in his address to the Nation news. He says, “This day symbolizes the strength & character of the Pakistani workforce & its devotion & commitment towards making our country a prosperous & progressive nation in the world.”  It is very important for all of the classes of any country to recognize the importance of labour class & appreciate their existence as a backbone to economy.

In a nutshell, the labour class of any country is as important as that “kaam wali or maasi or driver” in all the houses without whom the home cannot even think of surviving. This does not make one look lazy or irresponsible rather having a labour working side by side gives a psychological fulfillment. On this labour day instead of uploading big status on social media showing sympathies for labour, let’s thank our maasi, our rackshay wala, our sabzi wala, our pappa ka driver, our maali & all other labour that works for our ease.

HAPPY LABOUR DAY TO ALL OF YOU!

FAMILY THE WORDS CRAFT SALUTES LABOUR ALL AROUND THE WORLD 🙂

5 HACKS ABOUT WOMEN OF ALL TIME

As a short note: “Woman can not take a decision,  are poor managers, are too emotional drama, are excessive buyers & are too expressive… ARE ALL COMMON MISCONCEPTIONS… if you do not trust me read it & reflect.”

Duh! Women can take care of lions, cats & all pets, who is a human?
First a home which is governed by woman; mother is more productive than homes governed by fathers since woman are more concerned about quality over numbers. Recent scientific research about woman at workplace suggests, “Women at workplace are as important as men because women take care of quality at workplace resulting higher productivity & progress, reducing tension & stress at workplace. Likewise women at home have been better playing their roles being concerned about child’s health, education & security as well as making the habits of family.

Secondly, women by nature are excellent in soft skills & are compassionate towards others. Therefore, women take care of customers needs as effectively as a mother can which helps them take better decisions. As the ultimate goal of both the parties, mother & manager is to maximize shareholders wealth (family members) or satisfy the customer needs (children). Similarly, women at home take care of everyone’s needs as effectively as any manager in the organization can. Hence, a declamation which says woman are poor managers & decision makers remains an opinion and not a fact.

Thirdly, women are considered weak in emotional intelligence since they react easily bursting into tears regarding it as sign of weakness looked down for. Research on emotional intelligence as shared by Thinking Minds have revealed that emotionally intelligence is not similar to being cold & pretending like nothing happened. Rather to react in anyway which is harmless to others such as crying, undergoing some exercises, usually women choose to concentrate on work, or even listening to the one compassionately actually helps the emotional intelligence to grow & make a person stronger, habit of mothers while bringing up a child. This quality leads to better understanding of situations helping to make better decisions in future.

Fourth, women are blind after their desires of shopping, entertainment e.t.c & can not differentiate between useful & wasteful is a direct insult to the taste of woman as mothers. There is no mother who chooses a thing of waste for her children. Women are more evaluative when it comes to choosing & buying a thing for either personal or household use. She would not buy a thing that does not adds to the value of house & people of the house. Women buy too much but they buy needs is the real cause of buying because she is the one who is going to manage & direct the members of the house. She knows who needs what and how much. So be thankful to her for whatever she does for you.

Last, women are effective communicators in all forms of feminine which is misperceived as they are too expressive or bold; outspoken since the right to speak for woman is a sin or disgust. Woman can express themselves more vividly & harmlessly unless triggered to react in an unacceptable way. Woman are more direct about their feelings which does not make them any drama queen or emotional fool. Rather woman are honest with their feelings & spiritual souls. To say what you feel is actually becoming a challenge in this cold world. The solution is not to remain silent but to develop tolerance to be able to absorb what is said.

Woman is the most flexible creation of God who is capable of both what a man can & can not. Hence, woman should stop comparing themselves with men & start appreciating their existence as an independent & incomparable creation of God.

WOMEN ARE CRY BABIES!!

  • Yes.. but now you know why?!
Men & women both exhibit a particular behavior. Women are believed to be crying often & easily whereas men seldom cry. This has always been a mystery & a topic of debate. Some South Asian advertisements with a campaign named, “Larkay rotay nahi” have tried to explain this behavior as an outcome of brought up. But neuroscience has addressed these distinct behaviors of men & women by answering, “Why women respond differently in emotions than men?”
Brain studies have shown slight differences in most areas of brains pertaining to men & women. The differences explain their stereotypical behaviors. Men & women both experience negative emotions but expressions of those emotions are different in these physiologically different genders. If neural activity is compared among them, WOMEN REVAMP NEGATIVE FEELINGS TO POSITIVE ONES. HOWEVER, MEN REACTS BY GOING MUTE.
Question arises, “How this justifies the fact, Women cry often when compared to men?” One study reports,”Women shed tears as much as 8 times more often than men. Also the duration of crying is 3 times longer when compared to men.” Endocrinological distinctions provide clear evidences to these varying behaviors. Women have higher levels of hormone called prolactin, located in pituitary gland & functions to produce tears. Men have higher levels of testosterone which limits tears production. Surprisingly, science does not take the complete credit of these distinct behaviors, social & cultural factors also tend to play their roles. Females brought up in pampered environment have actively playing prolactin responsible for delicacy in them. However, males brought up in Chauvinist – male dominant – environment tend to have fueled testosterones which result in over ruling in men. Hence, both genders must understand each others biological differences & then learn to treat nicely.
Women can now get rid of the title, “You are a cry baby!” You are gifted with a stress releasing mechanism. Do not give up on your this lovely delicacy ladies.

MAHAD KAZI, EDITOR’S INSPIRATION & A YOUNG NOVELIST

Since childhood we have had inspirations only in books, newspapers & movies. It is almost exceptional & very spiritual to have a real life inspiration – a child very young & talented.

When I was browsing on internet, called as stalking in other language, the picture of this book attached with an information about this child crossed through my web page. As I am a declared stalker of the year by a friend that year, I looked for more information & found out that a child of my own country has written a book at 14 year old age! Inspired by the title of the book, the stalker (me) looked for his profile on facebook & found, “He is so young & talented & esteeming to write more”. Wonderful!

Mahad Kazi, is a young talented student who wrote his book, “A Shadow Of Evil” & got it published too. Wow! In a society like Pakistan where reading is worning out & trend of e-learning is taking over, Mahad Kazi chose the same black & white, print media, to express his imagination in words. As Mark Twain said, “Enough imagination can beat reality”. This young talent has transformed his passion into tangible words. Normally students at his age are daydreaming, which by science is healthy for brain whereas converting that fantasy into writing & benefiting others to read is something outperformed by Mahad.

As a matter of pride, Mahad is not only a writer but he is also a pre-medical student & astonishingly he belongs to the same city Hyderabad!!! To the mothers out there, children like Mahad are inspiration for so many. Mahad! Please, don’t give up on writing. A child at the age of 14 has become an inspiration for an adult, like me, of 20’s. Certainly, knowledge is power.

Mahad’s book is available in hard copies, you can email him at mahdkazi693@gmail.com. You can also contact him for the feedback. For e-learners book is also available online at www.anevilshadow.com. Read this young talent of a small town Hyderabad and pay tribute to this novelist. Pakistan Zindabad!

LETTER TO THE QUEENS

She was walking on a pedestrian path. She called out for me. I was buying ice cream for her. She screamed & I at once returned to her. I saw her on the ground. She has fell on the ground & got her elbow hurt. She was dusting herself up & had tears in her eyes. I told her, “It’s okay Sweetheart, you’re my Queen, Queens don’t get hurt, they’re strong.”

She gazed towards me with enrage in her eyes & said, “Don’t you call me Queen next time!” I was puzzled & dazzled by her reaction. Girls at her age normally love such titles. She dusted herself & stood up refusing to take my hand. I had a crippling in my heart & was confused on her response to my help. I interjected, “Sweetheart, have I offended you? Are you off because you fell & I wasn’t there to reach out to you?”. She took my hand, kissed it & said, “Never, I can never be offended by such a silly thing, I’m offended because you called me Queen.” First, I sighed & then I laughed. I asked, “Why? Is being called Queen a matter of shame? Or is there something wrong with the word? Normally girls love to be called Queen, especially at your age.” She started walking on the pedestrian path, with her ice cream in her mouth & replied with a spark in her eyes, “Do you know what is the real function of Queen?” I paused & stopped walking, I knew what she was saying, I knew what she meant. She narrowed her eyes & insisted upon her question, this time stressing the words the real function of Queens. I replied, “Yes, I know, I have also watched Queen Bee movie, I know their real function is just to lay eggs.” Something pinched me in the heart, a girl so young of age 15 has revealed a secret upon me, FUNCTION OF QUEEN! WOMEN! QUEEN!

“So, now you won’t call me Queen next time, okay?”, she said & I agreed. Since that day I never called her Queen, but that question left me in a dilemma, so many days, so many years, since eras, women are calling themselves Queens without knowing the real function of Queen. Queens are to lay eggs, just lay eggs?? Just to marry & prepare a generation? Really?. She left me in a great tyranny. I couldn’t stand the exclamatory meaning of Queen, I didn’t know why she hated it, Queens are treated like a lady of code. They are treated highly, queen bees, they are treated like a majesty, is it a matter of shame? No! How can such a wonderful act become a matter of shame? Then what makes a Queen? Is it just to lay eggs? No! It is to take responsibility of an entire nation & delivering it with ultimate sense as a Queen Bee does. To be Queen is a responsibility by nature no one can escape. I thought, “To hate the word at her age was okay, I didn’t mind it. She must have given the similar response as she did, she must concentrate on becoming the Woman of Value.” I was still thinking when my phone rang, it was her on call, I received the phone, it was so much noise on the other side, she shouted in excitement, “You know, you know… I got scholarship, I’m so happy, I’m coming home to you, you’re my Queen, I’m just coming, I’m on my way.” And she hung up. My heart went warm & tears rolled over my cheeks, she just called me Queen, she knew what she meant, I’m successful to raise her, she knew what a Queen means & whom it suits. I was happy & relieved she knows the importance of things. I was very happy.

GREGOR JOHANN MENDEL

“The old that is strong does not wither!”

Discoveries of science have always lead to the revolutionary acts in society. The shaking of status quo in the on going system have always been possible by the constructively building the future. This has always required to wither that is old. So far the discoveries of science have made the mark on time. Genetics was one such discovery of science that has transformed science to a better learning of world.

It is awareness of the unknown that leads to the revolution & transforms the world into something new. The Father of Genetics Gregor Johann Mendel is one such story of success. Mendel, born on 20th July 1822 in Germany, was a gardener in childhood at home, used to bee-keeping. His work on genetics was published in 1866 which was not recognized by people. He had a long well researched journey to the work he published, which was not well understood by the people of that time. Einstein rightly says, “Any fool can know the point is to understand.”

Mendel, initially remained in the influence of physics teacher as well as philosophy under the department of Natural History & also had joined as an attended Gymnasium, a school that prepared for further studies in Germany. His life has been a cobweb of inconsistency but as the time predicts, the only certainty is uncertainty. He ended up becoming a physics teacher. It appears that because of his childhood experience with bee-keeping & his deep understanding with physics he was capable to decipher the secret of gene. It has always been uncertainty that had guided men to come to an understanding of the predictability. As Steve Jobs said that, “Only after you’re there, can you then connect the dots. You can’t connect the dots looking forward; you can only connect them looking backwards.” So you have to trust that the dots will somehow connect in your future. You have to trust in something — your gut, destiny, life, karma, whatever.

Mendel died of the grief of  unrequited work in his lifetime on 6th January 1844. He tried to persuade people with his work piece which got declined in his very own lifetime. After three decades of his death  Erich Von Le Mark, Hugo De Vries, Carl Correns & William Jasper Spillman revised his work which is now a complete separate field of study as Genetics. Initially, the field genetics got the eye of researchers when they were trying to explain the heritance property. With in deep study when they turned the pages of yesterday & digged deeper they found the seed of Mendel’s work. The seed was then buried so underneath in order to understand the complete study work they testified is work personally. The results yielded to be in the favor of Mendel & he was then regarded as The Father of Genetics.

Gandhi’s words echoed like a triumph, “Never apologies for being correct for being ahead of your time if you’re right & you know it speak your mind.”
